5 Masso Stars
I’ll let you into a little secret, I do 90% of the cooking in our house. Over the last 10 months though I’ve gotten so bored with it. We’ve had way too many takeaways the last few months and although there is nothing wrong with treating yourself, once a week is probably enough.
Dave asked me to get him a cookbook for Christmas so he could try to cook more. So I went and got him the Daly Dish by Gina Daly and sure listen I’ve decided it’s my new favourite cookbook. I’ve also invested in an Air Fryer
I’ve made a few things in the last week and all tasted amazing. I’m actually a good cook just lack inspiration sometimes. I love that this book has your favourite types of food and made it more slimmer friendly, although I’m not a diet fad type of person and really don’t like diets in general this book just teaches you to substitute certain ingredients to make it slightly better for you and I like this kind of thinking.
The pictures are done beautifully and this to me is one of the most important things when it comes to a cookbook. It has to look and feel good as well as having great recipes. This cookbook in my mind had it all and I would highly recommend buying it or borrowing it from your local library.
