I’ll let you into a little secret, I do 90% of the cooking in our house. Over the last 10 months I’ve gotten so bored with it. We’ve had way too many takeaways the last few months and although there is nothing wrong with treating yourself, once a week is probably enough. Dave asked me to get him a cookbook for Christmas so he could try to cook more. So I went and got him the Daly Dish by Gina Daly and sure listen I’ve decided it’s my new favourite cookbook. I’ve also invested in a Air Fryer 🙈🤣 Dave’s first meal from it will be tomorrow, it’ll be interesting to see what he does. I’ve made a few things in the last week and all tasted amazing. I’m actually a good cook just lack inspiration sometimes.
