I started this year of reading so badly. I was sick last Christmas and coming into the New Year I just felt I had no energy whatsoever! I honestly think looking back now I might have had Covid. But who knows! Then lockdown happened and my anxiety levels were out of control. I couldn’t sit still long enough to actually read anything. I was losing hope that I was going to read anything this year at all.
Then I got back to work and I decided to try some new authors (To me!) and sure then there was no stopping me! I fell into some amazing stories and actually loved finding new authors with series for me to read one after another. Sure I was in my element! It ended up being a very good year in books for me. I was happy that COVID and the year that was in it didn’t rob me of this as well as everything else.
I’d love to know if you came across a new author this year.
Here is my top 20 books not in any order because I mean I coudn’t pick in a fit whats the best one was. There was just too many brilliant reads this year!
