Ah how do I pick 19 books out of 104 books that I’ve read this year!! That’s so damn hard. I tend to read books these days that I want to read. I feel that life is too short to sit through a book that I’m just not into. I have such a busy life and reading time is limited as it is so I read the authors I love to read and then also try a few new faces as well. Usually these new authors are from recommended reads from book groups I’m in or from Kindle Unlimited. If I’m introduced to a new author and their books are in KU that’s a good push for me to read them. I’m not a cheap skate and I do buy books both digital and paperback, although paperbacks are usually my ride or die authors like Jessica Gadziala or TM Frazier. I also picked up a few Anne Malcom paperbacks this year. I have limited spaces for books at home so I have to be careful about what I buy. I’m sure my husband would say, buy less makeup.. haha but no that won’t happen either! These are in no particular order, I mean it was hard enough picking 19 of my best books this year so no they are in random order. I’d love to hear what was your favourite books this year or if you have any favourites in my top 19?!
