This book is so lovely, with amazing photos and to the point, short descriptions. I loved the little history on each dish and where they oriented from, so interesting to me.
I made a couple of recipes and they where enjoyed. But I’m not going to lie one or two where time consuming and didn’t work out for me. Sure you can’t win them all.
It so not geared at all towards Vegetarians and there was very little for them to enjoy. But if like me you are a carnivore like me you will have no trouble finding a delicious recipe to fit your needs.
