Drunk On You is Harper Sloan’s fourth release from her Hope Town series and this is Shane and Nikki’s story. But don’t worry it can be read as a standalone. I love Harper and have always been a big fan of her work,
Shane and Nikki both have more in common then they think. Not only do they have crazy ex’s trying to ruin their lives but they also like each other. Although they both don’t realise that at first. They both agree that they need each other to solve their problems with their ex’s.
“Vous avez tous moi,” I softly tell her. You have all of me. “There is nothing more important than that, mon amour. Every single inch of me. Inside and out. Body and heart. My control and trust. It’s all yours, Nikki.”
This was a quick, easy, steamy, hot, read but I feel like there was an abundance of sex just for the sake of sex and I think the bdsm aspects was a mood killer for me.
“This is a dangerous game.”
“Dangerous is my middle name,” I joke, winking at him and still not releasing my hold. “I like dangerous.”
