However, danger lurks in her world, under her roof.
Will Deacon put his anger aside? Can Tempest swallow her pride and ask for help? When everything comes to a head, will Deacon be the hero Tempest needs to save her or will he be too late?

Review:
4 Gentry Stars on Goodreads
I’ve loved every book in this series and I’ve been waiting patiently for Deacon’s book. The last few books we’ve had little snippets of him and its been such a tease.
We have Deacon who was in the Navy SEALs and is trying to forget his past. He rides with the Devil’s Due to help right the wrongs of his fellow brother and forget his own.
Tempest is trying to keep a promise to her best friend who left her something so precious she’s afraid she’s failing. She has no time for a relationship and definitely no time for Deacon beyond a quickie whenever he passes through her town.
As I said I have been looking forward to Deacon’s book and although I enjoyed the read it was missing something for me. I can’t put my finger on it. I think it was the lead up to this book that I was so excited for it than it just kind of didn’t meet my expectations. Don’t get me wrong I did really enjoy it and there’s a lovely read.
There is one more book left in this series and I am still really excited to read it and find out what happens woth Trapper.
