Read from January 17 to 31, 2017

I’m going to be honest I wasn’t expecting much from this book. I was pleasantly surprised! I’m a big fan of Davina’s DVD’s and I like her friendly and upbeat approach, this book is beautifully designed and includes lovely pictures of be food. It has some great recipe ideas for those looking to cut down their intake of refined sugar, or all sugars. I’ve made quite a few of the recipes so far and they’ve all worked out great and taste so nice.

If you’re looking for a more healthy sugar free diet, this book will be of interest to you!
