I’ve been feeling very emotional lately. I’m not 100% what’s bringing it on. Or maybe I do but don’t want to admit it to myself or anyone else for that matter. So I’m really trying hard to go by my quote this week.
‘Don’t let yesterday take up to much of today”
It proves to be a difficult one for me at the moment. I find myself worrying about the smallest of things. Then getting angry with myself for having these feelings. I really need to find a way to get over things and try not to sweat the small stuff.
